Spring is a beautiful season to start enjoying the produce we have been missing all winter. Join me in this special vegetarian Sunday lunch with a selection of spring recipes from my cookbooks.

We will be making Istrian hand-rolled egg-free pasta called pljukanci with asparagus, walnut and mint pesto; artichoke and ricotta pie; and Amaretti and chocolate semifreddo.

Enjoy complimentary wine and homemade snacks during the class. This is a hands-on class with a maximum of 7 participants, held in my renovated warehouse home. Please note I have several flights of internal stairs and a cat. You will be able to purchase signed copies of my four cookbooks on the day.

The class runs from 10.30am to about 2.00pm. Remember to bring an apron to the class if you would like to wear one!

If there are fewer than 4 participants, classes may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to a week's notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class. You can transfer your spot to a friend at any time.
