The bounty of a winter Italian Sunday lunch - Sunday 28 June 2025

$250.00

Winter means grey sky, bare trees and a warm kitchen. In this class celebrating winter we will be preparing a 3-course meal inspired by the foods of the Italian Adriatic coast and sitting down to a traditional Italian Sunday lunch.

You will be helping me prepare spaghetti alla chitarra with a white ragu, slow cooked beef brasato, vegetable side dishes and nonna Nita’s apple cake, We will be sharing Prosecco and wine with our sit-down lunch. Coffee and home made biscotti on arrival while we chat about how the class will run.

The class is limited to seven participants and is held in my renovated warehouse home. Please note I have several flights of internal stairs and a cat. The class runs from 10.30 am to about 2.00 pm.

Remember to bring an apron to the class if you would like to wear one (pasta making can be a bit messy).
