The bounty of summer Italian Sunday lunch - Sunday 23 February 2025
Summer is my favourite season for produce and in this lunch we will be preparing a 3-course lunch using tomatoes, peaches and plums.
The class is limited to 7 participants and you will be helping me prepare seasonal crostini with plums and tomatoes, orecchiette with "pomodori scatarisciati", peach salad and a plum or peach crostata. We will be sharing Prosecco and white wine with our sit-down lunch. Coffee and home made biscotti on arrival while we chat about how the class will run
The class is held in my renovated warehouse home. Please note I have several flights of internal stairs and a cat. The class runs from 10.30 am to about 2.00 pm.
Remember to bring an apron to the class if you would like to wear one (pasta making can be a bit messy).

If there are fewer than 5 participants, classes may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to a week's notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class. You can transfer your spot to a friend at any time.
