Christmas Sweets - Sunday 15 December 2024
It is nearly Christmas so let’s get baking! Join me in my annual Christmas Sweets class. This year we will be making amaretti and chocolate semifreddo; Sicilian Cannoli (filled with sweet ricotta); the ring shaped Presnitz from Trieste and Panforte di Siena with ginger and almonds.
The class is limited to 8 participants and you will be taking turns to help me prepare these delicious sweets. At the end we will be tasting what we made with a celebratory glass or two of Prosecco (the alcohol free version is you prefer). There will be enough for you to take some home to share so please bring along a small container. The class is held in my renovated warehouse home. Please note I have several flights of internal stairs and a cat. The class runs from 1 pm - 4.30 pm.
Remember to bring an apron to the class if you would like to wear one!

If there are fewer than 5 participants, classes may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to a week's notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class. You can transfer your spot to a friend at any time.
