Trieste Tour terms and conditions May 2019

Payments:

To reserve your place on the Trieste Tour, a 1100 Euro per-person deposit is required and is non-refundable to guarantee your place. The final payment of 1150 Euros (single occupancy) or 1000 Euros (double occupancy) is due on 31 March 2019. For reservations made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required when the reservation is accepted.

Travel insurance:

All Participants must have their own travel insurance covering their loss or theft of camera equipment, emergencies, accidents, and loss of baggage. A copy of the Participant’s travel insurance policy must be sent to Paola Bacchia at the time that the second payment is made or by 31 March 2019 if payment is made earlier than the due date.

Refunds:

If a Participant cancels or if the full payment has not been received by the 31 March 2019, the original 1100 Euro deposit is non-refundable. If a Participant cancels after the 31 March 2019 the original 1100 Euro deposit is non-refundable and an administrative and advertising fee of 50 percent will be taken from the second payment of 1150 Euros (single occupancy) or 1000 Euros (double occupancy). If a participant cancels after the 30 April 2019, the total payment is 100 percent non-refundable.

NB a minimum of six people is required for the tour to go ahead. If the tour does not go ahead, you will be advised by 31 March 2019 and all monies paid will be refunded in full. 

Changes to tour schedule:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a requirement to alter the schedule of activities during the tour. The tour operator will attempt to schedule an equally engaging and typical activity or venue should this occur.
